Counter blades: About the technology

Specially coated counterblades complete the product range. Various high-tech processes and machines are used for coating, which are adapted to the respective load and the corresponding wear behavior of the counterblades. For example, laser additive welding and the PTA process are used as coating methods.
The counterblades are offered with a preservative coating. Longer storage times without loss of quality are thus possible and support forward-looking tool procurement in the company. The properties of the special steels used, contribute to a high load bearing capacity of the counterblades.
